It’s not too early to secure a front-row seat for the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles — especially for someone with millions of dollars to spare.

In Manhattan Beach, a roughly 6,000-square-foot Pacific-facing property has listed for a cool $25 million — not only offering views of the ocean and the Manhattan Beach Pier, but also right where athletes from around the world will compete in beach volleyball.

Indeed, the residence — 1000 The Strand — stands on an elevated corner lot on the Strand, known as Manhattan Beach’s most prime beachfront street.

From this terrace, volleyball fans can take in one of the most popular events of the Summer Olympics. GavinCater

What’s more, the home’s 400-square-foot terrace directly looks to the stretch of sand that’s expected to host the beach volleyball competition. As it stands, it’s already where the AVP Tour for beach volleyball is regularly held — and will be one of the most-watched venues in 2028.

The games are scheduled to be held from July 14 to July 30 that year. Events will be held at venues across Southern California, such as SoFi Stadium and Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

Listing images show the beach-facing terrace has plenty of space for dining and lounging furnishings, meaning many lucky guests can come over to take in the competition.
