When officers arrived, they found a 30-year-old man who had been shot in the head, officials said.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"2h3r3\">Police said the man was taken by private means to a local hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"205u9\">Officials did not immediately identify the man, the off-duty officer or their rank.
