The area affected by the crash, \u201cChapel A,\u201d was vacated.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities say a 54-year-old man was driving the white commercial van on Fillmore Avenue just after 8:30 a.m. when he collided with another car and lost control, crashing into the funeral home.<\/p>\n<p>EMS took the driver to the hospital in stable condition.
