In an era where industrial distillers and non-distilling bottlers have started to see their fortunes wane, Kings County has achieved what many thought impossible for an independent craft distiller: true scale without compromise.

To immortalize the moment, the symbolic Millionth Bottle will be permanently installed in the Distillery’s Boozeum, joining other artifacts of New York City’s distilling history.

The Millionth Milestone Edition

To celebrate and commemorate the moment, and as an offering to friends and fans who built the brand, Kings County is pulling the first 500 bottles from the millionth bottle run of its most popular label for a Commemorative Limited Edition Straight Bourbon. This hand-numbered release, now carrying a 4-year age statement, represents the everyday excellence of the distillery’s mashing, distilling, and aging.

Launch Party

The in-person launch: A limited physical allocation will drop at the historic Gatehouse tasting room on March 27th at 7:00 PM EST. To hit one million bottles is more than a sales figure; it’s a mandate from a new generation of drinkers who demand creativity and excellence over industrial products cloaked in legacy marketing.”

An Invitation to the Inner Circle

The Distillery will open its doors for an exclusive celebration at The Gatehouse (7:00 PM–9:00 PM). While the event is primarily for the friends, family, bar, restaurant, and retail accounts who fueled this decade-long journey, a limited number of public tickets have been released via the website for those wishing to toast to a million more. Kings County will also announce a significant new program at the event, and attendees will be the first to learn of the project.

The Future of American Whiskey

Since its inception, Kings County has operated at the intersection of tradition and subversion. By blending pre-Prohibition techniques with an international perspective and a New York City ethos, they have created a portfolio—ranging from Peated Bourbon to Irish-Style Whiskey and American Single Malt—that has captivated tastemakers around the world.

“As the spirits landscape shifts,” Spoelman continued, “Kings County stands as the definitive standard for craft spirits.
