The five adjacent buildings comprise 48 units and six commercial spaces, including clothing store Still Here at 268 Elizabeth Street.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>SEE ALSO: <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/2026\/03\/pebb-boca-corporate-plaza-park-broken-sound\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Pebb Enterprises Refis Boca Offices With $35M From Citibank<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Newmark\u2019s Max Ralby negotiated the financing.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/rosewood-realty-group\/\" title=\"Rosewood Realty Group\" class=\"company-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Rosewood Realty Group<\/a> arranged the recap with a team consisting of Ben Khakshoor, Alex Fuchs and Aaron Jungreis.<\/p>\n<p>The deal closed four and a half years after Prime Finance bought a $40 million note on the buildings that encompass 38,609 square feet and 24,906 square feet of air rights, PincusCo. previously<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pincusco.com\/prime-finance-buys-40m-note-secured-by-nolita-mixed-use\/\"> reported<\/a>.
