EMS rushed him to Weill Cornell Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Police have not yet released the man\u2019s identity, pending family notification.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Well after daybreak Friday, police had kept the block of Lexington Avenue between East 61st and 60th Streets sealed off as they combed the scene for evidence.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>So far, no arrests have been made in the ongoing investigation, police said. The case is now in the hands of the NYPD Highway Patrol Collision Investigation Squad.\n<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information about the deadly hit-and-run can call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS (for Spanish, dial 888-57-PISTA).
