Warning lights over the perilous NYC budget<\/a> blinked a little harder on the City Hall dashboard Friday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

KBRA<\/a> became the third major credit rating agency in less than two weeks to revise New York City\u2019s financial outlook to negative, following Moody\u2019s<\/a> and S&P\u2019s<\/a> similar moves last week. The latest downgrade underscores the deepening concern surrounding Mayor Zohran Mamdani\u2019s preliminary budget and the effort to close a $7.3 billion budget gap.<\/p>\n
