{"id":171485,"date":"2026-03-22T21:07:10","date_gmt":"2026-03-22T21:07:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/171485\/"},"modified":"2026-03-22T21:07:10","modified_gmt":"2026-03-22T21:07:10","slug":"520-fifth-ave-quickly-reaches-40-leased","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/171485\/","title":{"rendered":"520 Fifth Ave quickly reaches 40% leased"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The office building \u201chiding in plain sight\u201d is already more than 40% leased after just nine months of marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Four new deals were struck at 520 Fifth Ave., the 1,002-foot-tall luxury condo tower at East 43rd Street that also has 210,000 square feet of office space with 12-foot-high ceilings tucked into 25 boutique-size floors from the ninth to 34th.<\/p>\n<p>The new leases were for Headlands Technology, Abrams Capital, MFA Financial Inc. and 1832 Partners, an asset-management firm focused on long-term investments.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-modal-image=\"38860498\" width=\"734\" height=\"489\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/520-fifth-ave-124208206.jpg\" alt=\"520 Fifth Avenue under construction.\" class=\"wp-image-38860498\" style=\"width:734px;height:auto;aspect-ratio:1.50146628;display:block\"  \/>520 Fifth Ave. has only been marketed for nine months.
