505 Summit in Jersey City<\/a> has launched leasing<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n Developer Panepinto Properties<\/a> announced the kickoff at the 53-story building last week.\n<\/p>\n The residential tower features 605 apartments offering views of the Manhattan skyline and Statue of Liberty, along with an extensive set of amenities.\u00a0Transit-oriented development 505 Summit<\/a> sits adjacent to the Journal Square<\/a> PATH station.<\/p>\n The unit mix features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. Initial occupancy is slated for late spring.\n<\/p>\n The Marketing Directors<\/a> serves as exclusive marketing and leasing agent for 505 Summit. Greystar<\/a> serves as property manager.\n<\/p>\n After breaking ground in 2023<\/a>, the mixed-use project topped out last year<\/a>. The project continues Panepinto Properties\u2019 extensive track record in Jersey City, which extends over 50 years.<\/p>\n 505 Summit also includes 3,200 square feet of street-level retail space, a landscaped public plaza, parking garage with valet service and bicycle storage spaces.\n<\/p>\n The leasing launch includes the debut of an on-site leasing office as well as five fully furnished model residences (merchandised by Panepinto Interiors and Regina Mariano Design). HLW International designed the residences. Delivering for renters in Journal Square<\/p>\n \u201c505 Summit brings together the qualities that continue to draw residents to Journal Square, new high-rise living, curated amenities, and immediate access to PATH service alongside the neighborhood\u2019s growing mix of shops, dining, services, and cultural destinations,\u201d said Joseph Panepinto Sr., president and CEO, Panepinto Properties. \u201cAs the building has neared completion, interest has been strong among renters seeking a vibrant and convenient lifestyle in one of Jersey City\u2019s most connected neighborhoods.\u201d\n<\/p>\n The Market Directors President Jacqueline Urgo said, \u201cThe building delivers a complete residential experience for renters seeking a sophisticated Journal Square lifestyle.\u201d\n<\/p>\n Beyond extensive and elevated amenities (see slideshow), 505 Summit also features 24-hour concierge service, a package room and porte-coch\u00e8re.\n<\/p>\n Rents start from the $2,700s, Panepinto said.
