{"id":173933,"date":"2026-03-24T23:20:09","date_gmt":"2026-03-24T23:20:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/173933\/"},"modified":"2026-03-24T23:20:09","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T23:20:09","slug":"trans-migrant-gets-sweetheart-plea-deal-in-rape-of-14-year-old-boy-inside-nyc-bodega-bathroom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/173933\/","title":{"rendered":"Trans migrant gets sweetheart plea deal in rape of 14-year-old boy inside NYC bodega bathroom"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An illegal trans immigrant admitted Tuesday to molesting a 14-year-old boy inside the bathroom of a Manhattan bodega last year \u2014 but won\u2019t have to do any more time behind bars. <\/p>\n<p>Nicol Alexandra Contreras-Suarez, a 31-year-old Colombian immigrant, pleaded guilty to second-degree rape in Manhattan Supreme Court for<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/02\/15\/us-news\/trans-migrant-arrested-for-raping-boy-in-nyc-park-bathroom\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> sexually assaulting the teen<\/a> in East Harlem last year and was promised a sentence of just six months \u2014 which she has already served. <\/p>\n<p>That means the creep will be free to go when she is sentenced April 24 \u2014 unless federal immigration agents are there to slap on the cuffs again to deport her.<\/p>\n<p>The Manhattan District Attorney\u2019s Office said the resolution was reached in close consultation with the victim\u2019s family, sparing the teenager from having to testify to both the grand jury and over several days at trial.<\/p>\n<p><img style=\"aspect-ratio:1;display:block\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-modal-image=\"38882857\" width=\"590\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/crop-38882817.jpg\" alt=\"Nicol Suarez, a migrant transgender woman, in a courtroom wearing a tan sweatshirt and white face mask.\" class=\"wp-image-38882857\"  \/>Nicol Suarez a migrant transgender woman allegedly stalked and raped a teen boy in Manhattan.  Steven Hirsch for NY Post<\/p>\n<p>The victim\u2019s family also understands Suarez will be immediately deported following the sentencing, a spokesperson for the DA\u2019s Office said.<\/p>\n<p>Officials at ICE did not immediately respond to a request for comment Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Suarez, was already wanted in Massachusetts on robbery, prostitution and weapons charges, followed the teenager into a bodega across the street from Thomas Jefferson park on Feb. 11, 2025 and raped him, according to prosecutors.<\/p>\n<p>The young victim flagged down bystanders after the attack.
