MOMENCE, IL \u2014 A Momence man has been arrested on several child sex abuse material charges following a months-long investigation, Illinois State Police said Thursday. <\/p>\n
Timothy M. Kleinert of Momence, 34, was arrested for unlawful possession of child sexual abuse material, dissemination of child sexual abuse material depicting victims under 13, and dissemination of child sexual abuse material-video depiction. All are felony charges.<\/p>\n
\u200bIn October 2025, ISP Special Agents received an online tip and began an extensive investigation into the possession of child sexual abuse materials in Kankakee County. Special Agents identified Kleinert as the suspect. <\/p>\n
On March 25, officers executed a search warrant at Kleinert\u2019s residence in the 100 block of Maple Street in Momence and collected electronic evidence. Kleinert was arrested on-scene.<\/p>\n
