{"id":176703,"date":"2026-03-27T00:25:28","date_gmt":"2026-03-27T00:25:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/176703\/"},"modified":"2026-03-27T00:25:28","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T00:25:28","slug":"two-15-year-old-boys-wounded-by-gunfire-in-the-bronx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/176703\/","title":{"rendered":"Two 15-year-old boys wounded by gunfire in the Bronx"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Two 15-year-old boys were wounded by gunfire in the Bronx on Thursday, cops said.<\/p>\n<p>The teens were struck outside a residential building on Honeywell Ave. near E. 180th St. in West Farms around 4:17 p.m., according to law enforcement officials.<\/p>\n<p>One of the teens was grazed by a bullet on his face, while the other was struck in his left hand, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Medics rushed the boys to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sbhny.org\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">St. Barnabas Hospital<\/a> in stable condition.<\/p>\n<p>The manager of a nearby bodega said the victims were arguing with another teen before the shooting erupted.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey argued for five, 10 seconds, max. They went face-to-face.\u201d said 27-year-old Jeffrey Machado. \u201cThey started fighting.
