Sosa, 29, ran from the facility at about 4 p.m., according to State Police. He had been in custody on a nonviolent larceny charge at the time of his escape.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities said Sosa was last seen wearing all black clothing with a hot pink coat. There is no known threat to the public, according to police.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone who sees Sosa or has information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact the State Police at 845-677-7300.<\/p>\n<p>This is a developing story.
