Milton Kofsky, 75, of 52nd Street in Borough Park, was behind the wheel of a 2026 Subaru Forester traveling eastbound past Calvary Cemetery in the vicinity of 58th Street when he failed to navigate the roadway and struck a concrete median as he was approaching the Maurice Avenue exit for Maspeth, according to authorities.<\/p>\n

Police from the 108th Precinct<\/a> responded to the scene and found the senior in the wreckage of the SUV. EMS rushed him to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short while later. <\/p>\n
