EAST VILLAGE, N.Y. (PIX11) \u2014 Police are searching for four people in connection with an armed carjacking in the East Village.<\/p>\n
A 51-year-old man was approached by four unidentified people while he was seated inside his vehicle in front of 50 Second Ave. on March 23 around 1:30 a.m., authorities said.<\/p>\n
Get ongoing crime and safety coverage on our homepage <\/a><\/p>\n The suspects asked to be driven to a specific location, but the man denied their request, police said.<\/p>\n One of the individuals then allegedly pulled a gun and forcibly removed the man from his vehicle, according to the NYPD.<\/p>\n More Local News <\/a><\/p>\n The four people drove away from the location in the man\u2019s vehicle, authorities said.<\/p>\n No injuries were reported.
