In the months since John Harbaugh was hired as head coach of the New York Giants<\/a>, speculation about a possible reunion with Odell Beckham Jr. has intensified.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, another former Giants first-round pick and OBJ teammate, Jason Pierre-Paul, expressed interest in rejoining the team via a post on X.<\/p>\n

Pierre-Paul was drafted 15th overall by the Giants in 2010. He helped the team win Super Bowl XLVI, spent eight seasons in New York, and was traded in 2018.<\/p>\n

Since departing Big Blue, JPP won a second Super Bowl with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played for three other teams before returning to the Buccaneers for the 2025 season after a year away from football.<\/p>\n

Like Beckham, Pierre-Paul also played under Harbaugh after signing with the Baltimore Ravens early in the 2022 season. He appeared in 14 regular-season games, starting 13, and recorded a half-sack in the postseason.<\/p>\n

At 37, JPP would serve primarily as a rotational piece. Still, a return to the franchise that drafted him and where he won his first Super Bowl would provide a fitting, storybook close to his strong career as a former All-Pro.<\/p>\n

The two-time Super Bowl champion carries a 9-2 postseason record and would bring veteran leadership and a winning mentality to the Giants\u2019 locker room.<\/p>\n
