Opening night is set for\u00a0May 18.<\/p>\n<p>Feldman (No Hard Feelings, We Had A World) will direct a cast that includes <a data-crosslink=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/playbill.com\/person\/loren-lester\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Loren Lester<\/a>, Carson Higgins, <a data-crosslink=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/playbill.com\/person\/jerusha-cavazos\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jerusha Cavazos<\/a>, and <a data-crosslink=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/playbill.com\/person\/kerstin-anderson-performer\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Kerstin Anderson<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Obit. centers on an\u00a0anxious soon-to-be father as he\u00a0returns to his estranged dad\u2019s chaotic New York apartment to settle his affairs. As\u00a0he\u2019s pulled into\u00a0the unraveling mind of a man he thought he\u2019d already said goodbye to, Obit. explores dementia, generational inheritance, and the fear of becoming one&#8217;s parents, while asking what, if anything, we leave behind when memory fails.<\/p>\n<p> Obit. will mark Feldman&#8217;s New York directorial debut. He will lead a creative team that includes scenic designer Nessa Scabuzzo, lighting designer Wheeler Moon, costume designer\u00a0Amanda Roberge, and production stage manager Emme Yehle.
