Bryon Noem<\/a>, the longtime husband of former DHS Secretary Kristi Noem<\/a> who is at the center of a cross-dressing scandal, had a bizarre response to requests for comment \u2014 and suggested he will eventually speak out.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will at some point. Today is not the day. I appreciate your heart,\u201d he wrote in a text exchange with a New York Times reporter<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The shocking revelation emerged yesterday that Noem, a successful insurance agency owner, exchanged racy messages and even sent cash to several women involved in the so-called \u201cbimbofication\u201d fetish subculture.<\/p>\n

The 56-year-old sent several selfies to women<\/a> from the community in which he\u2019s wearing a flesh-colored crop-top stuffed with a pair of balloons meant to resemble a pair of large breasts.
