The affordable housing lottery is for the 409 and 450 East 158th Street.<\/p>\n
More Local News <\/a><\/p>\n The building offers fifteen studio apartments for $910 a month. A single person making between $32,983 and $64,800 would qualify. Two of the units are mobility-adapted.<\/p>\n There are also 10 one-bedroom apartments available for $1,147 a month. Two people making between $49,479 and $87,480 would qualify.<\/p>\n The building features a variety of premium amenities, including 24-hour security, high-speed internet, and on-site laundry.<\/p>\n More: Latest News from Around the Tri-State <\/a><\/p>\n The property is listed on the NY Housing Search website<\/a>, where people can find and apply for affordable housing opportunities in New York.<\/p>\n Applications for the 409 and 450 East 158th Street Apartments are due on May 27.
