Gracie Abrams is taking over<\/a> New York City\u2019s Fifth Avenue.<\/p>\n

In Touch can confirm that the \u201cI Miss You, I\u2019m Sorry\u201d singer, 26, has purchased her third unit in a prewar Art Deco co-op building in Greenwich Village a few weeks back for $4.5 million.<\/p>\n

The two-bedroom, two bathroom penthouse features two private terraces<\/a> and oversized panoramic windows, according to a listing.<\/p>\n

The \u201cloft-like unit was recently fully reimagined and redesigned for contemporary luxury living,\u201d the listing said, and it features an open floor plan.<\/p>\n

On Abrams\u2019 terrace, the singer will be able to take in views of New York City staples like Washington Square Park, the Freedom Tower and the Empire State Building.<\/p>\n

Inside, the penthouse also includes a chef\u2019s kitchen, spa bathroom and custom walk-in closet.<\/p>\n

The Minor artist\u2019s recent addition follows two previous purchases<\/a> in 2024 and 2025 in the same doorman building.<\/p>\n

Abrams bought a three-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouse unit for $5.5 million, and she paid nearly $2 million for a smaller one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit on another floor before that.<\/p>\n

The building has housed multiple celebrities<\/a> over the years.<\/p>\n
