Heather Graham only spends about $3,500 per month to live in an upscale penthouse in New York City.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy mortgage is really low now actually,\u201d the \u201cHangover\u201d star said during a tour of the $3 million property published on Caleb Simpson\u2019s YouTube<\/a> page Friday.<\/p>\n

She estimated the payment to be \u201c$3,500 or something like that.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cAustin Powers\u201d actress recalled purchasing the home just before Sept. 11, 2001 \u2014 and being unable to spend her first night in the penthouse due to the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe day that I was moving in, I had my key and it was\u00a0September 11th,\u201d she told Simpson. \u201cAnd I was at the Toronto Film Festival, and it was like 8 a.m., I\u2019m like, \u2018Today I\u2019m moving into my new apartment!’\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cHangover\u201d actress revealed that her monthly mortgage for the penthouse is only about $3,500.<\/p>\n

The \u201cLicense to Drive\u201d actress purchased the apartment in 2001.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd then we flew past the two towers and then we couldn\u2019t come into the city because it was like, you know,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had to find a place to stay in Long Island and then I took the subway and the first day I lived here was September 12, 2001.\u201d<\/p>\n

Graham noted that she \u201chas a place in LA too.\u201d She sold a Beachwood Canyon house<\/a>, located below the legendary Hollywood sign, in 2020 \u2014 over two decades after purchasing it in 1998.<\/p>\n

In 2023, she purchased a multimillion-dollar midcentury style home in Los Angeles\u2019 Brentwood neighborhood \u2014 which she was evacuated from during the Palisades Fire<\/a> in January 2025.<\/p>\n

During her New York City apartment tour, she gave fans a peek inside what\u2019s important to her, and her daily life, explaining that she wants her place \u201cto feel like a peaceful oasis. You can be on vacation when you\u2019re home.\u201d<\/p>\n

The actress, who will star in Season 4 of \u201cThe White Lotus,\u201d took fans into her bedroom, which featured an elaborate carved headboard and a skylight over the bed. \u201cIt\u2019s where the magic happens baby!\u201d she laughed as the influencer hopped onto her bed.<\/p>\n

She shared her statue of a deity of Hinduism, which serves as a spiritual center of the home. \u201cThis is like Vishnu, he\u2019s the protector of the universe,\u201d she told Simpson.<\/p>\n

\u201cI told my interior designer, Gillian Lefkowitz, that I wanted like a world traveler vibe,\u201d she explained, \u201cAnd I\u2019m into spiritual stuff, like yoga.\u201d<\/p>\n

She also showed off a large kitchen, complete with green tiles, colorful rugs and a long dining table, which she finds necessary for entertaining.<\/p>\n

While Simpson labelled cooking a \u201cmotherly\u201d trait, the \u201cBoogie Nights\u201d star noted that she doesn\u2019t have children.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople always ask<\/a> [about children],\u201d Graham shared. \u201cI feel like people are just like, \u2018Why would a woman not want to have kids?\u2019 I feel like the younger generation is a little more open-minded about it.\u201d<\/p>\n

The only downside to the spacious abode, perhaps, is her \u201cdream closet\u201d \u2014 for an unexpected reason.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is like a dream closet and mainly because people have walk-in closets, but they don\u2019t have a skylight above it to shine down,\u201d she shared of the space that houses her memorable sartorial pieces.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe only bad thing is that sometimes it hits the clothes and kind of like sun damage the clothes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Still, she recently confessed she\u2019s \u201cproud\u201d of the life and career she\u2019s built for herself, in which she enjoys the best of the East and West Coasts.<\/p>\n

\u201cI live in Los Angeles in a house I bought last year. I also have a loft in New York,\u201d she said in a 2024 interview<\/a> with the Wall Street Journal, adding that her LA home has spectacular \u201cviews of the Pacific.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI love the ocean,\u201d she continued. \u201cI also like sitting out back when writing or preparing for a movie.
