He’s at his best against the run… Overall, McDonald will provide value on run downs, but he needs to develop a better plan of attack as a pass rusher.”

Anthony Hill Jr., LB, Texas (+5 up to No. 32)

“Hill is a fluid mover with outstanding size and speed… Overall, Hill isn’t an overly violent/aggressive player, but his athleticism is an asset at the position.”

Colton Hood, CB, Tennessee (+4 up to No. 25)

“Hood has average size but excellent play speed and toughness… Overall, Hood is a complete player and should be a very solid starter immediately at the next level.”

KC Concepcion, WR, Texas A&M (+4 up to No. 29)

“Concepcion is an undersized receiver with elite burst and inconsistent hands. His speed jumps off the screen… Overall, Concepcion is an intriguing player who needs to decrease his drop rate.”

Jacob Rodriguez, LB, Texas A&M (+4 up to No. 41)

“Rodriguez is an off-ball linebacker with outstanding instincts, playmaking ability and intangibles. He’s a dominant player against the run, sorting through the muddy box to locate ball-carriers and bring them to the ground… Overall, Rodriguez is polished and equipped to make an immediate impact.”

Keylan Rutledge, IOL, Georgia Tech (up to No. 47, previously unranked)

“Rutledge has excellent size and length for his position. He shows great awareness in the run game, fitting up consistently and straining to finish… He plays with a lot of toughness and intensity, which will endear him to offensive line coaches. Rutledge should be a plug-and-play starter at guard in the NFL.”

Biggest risers in Daniel Jeremiah’s latest prospect rankings We are officially three weeks away from the start of…

[6
48939,2468,9,11,10
0":"post-183270","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-new-york","8":"tag-giants-now","9":"tag-homepage","10":"tag-new-york","11":"tag-new-york-headlines","12":"tag-new-york-news
["GET
