Its supposed to feel like a classic nyc pizza joint, but will have pies all made with a 72 hour fermented dough, with lots of fun toppings! Think a Saved by the Shell that is their version of a New Haven Clam Pie, or Corn to Be Wild which is inspired my Mexican street corn. Sotbap are Korean rice bowls cooked to order, and this will be the the main dish you want to get for lunch, they will be offered with salmon, prime galbi, hamburg steak, black pepper steak, wagyu kimchi fried rice, and more.
