\n\tIRONWIRE\u2019S INTRODUCTION: Something new has come to the Lower East Side of Manhattan.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n\tAva Eisendrath, who just graduated from Brown University in December, launched her ready-to-wear line Ironwire and is introducing it to the world with a pop-up at 303 Broome Street.<\/p>\n
\n\tThe pop-up will be open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays this month.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n\tEisendrath makes most of the one-of-one pieces in her art studio, while the unisex line includes a couple of looks manufactured in small batches in the Garment District.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n\tShe describes the aesthetic as \u201cplayful minimalism with a twist \u2014 taking established silhouettes and changing them slightly so they are recognizable, while surprising.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n\tSome of the shirts, for instance, have ties attached to the back or cutouts in unusual places.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n\tBeyond the looks, Eisendrath wants to build a community with events at the pop-up.\u00a0<\/p>\n
