Local businesses interested in applying to become a\u00a0Paze\u00a0City Square\u00a0food stall\u00a0can\u00a0submit\u00a0their application at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorkcityfc.com\/pazecitysquare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">newyorkcityfc.com\/pazecitysquare<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>New York City FC encourages independent restaurants, neighborhood favorites, and emerging food concepts from across the five boroughs to apply. Following the review process, the ten selected\u00a0food stalls\u00a0will be announced before the end of 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNew York City is one of the greatest food cities in the world, and we\u2019ve always said that Etihad Park should authentically reflect the culture and creativity of our city,\u201d said Brad Sims, New York City FC\u00a0CEO. \u201cPaze\u00a0City Square and the Five Boroughs Food Hall will allow us to\u00a0showcase\u00a0incredible local businesses from across the five boroughs and bring their unique flavors directly to our fans.\u00a0We\u2019re\u00a0excited to open this application process and look forward to discovering the talented\u00a0food stalls\u00a0who will help make Etihad Park a truly New York experience.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Located just inside Etihad Park past the iconic Cube entrance,\u00a0Paze\u00a0City Square will serve as a vibrant gathering space where ticketed fans can explore the Five Boroughs Food Hall on matchdays.\u00a0On non-event days, the space\u00a0may\u00a0open to the public via garage doors that connect directly to the surrounding neighborhood.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Food stalls\u00a0will be selected through an open application process and evaluated by the\u00a0Paze\u00a0City Square Selection Committee, which includes renowned chef and restaurateur Marcus Samuelsson along with Legends Global Senior Vice President of Culinary Gretchen Beaumarchais and New York City FC Vice President of Marketing Lauren Scrima.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Selected\u00a0food stalls\u00a0will\u00a0participate\u00a0through a one-year licensing agreement,\u00a0allowing the Club to feature their recipes and menu items within\u00a0Paze\u00a0City Square. Legends Global, the Official Food and Beverage Operating Partner of Etihad Park, will manage\u00a0Paze\u00a0City Square operations and work closely with\u00a0the businesses\u00a0to develop the menus offered in the food hall.\u00a0Businesses\u00a0will\u00a0be required\u00a0to\u00a0designate\u00a0a Vendor Lead for every ticketed event that\u00a0Paze\u00a0City Square is\u00a0operating. This individual will serve as\u00a0the primary point of contact responsible for overseeing and supporting all operations at their stand throughout the duration of each event.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCurating\u00a0the inaugural ten\u00a0local partners\u00a0for the Five Boroughs Food Hall\u00a0is central to our mission at Etihad Park.
