Judge Lewis J. Liman dismissed Lively’s sexual harassment claims, defamation, conspiracy, and Title VII claims against Baldoni. Two retaliation claims and a breach of contract claim still remain as the former co-stars prepare for trial.<\/p>\n
Following Liman’s ruling on Thursday, Lively’s team shared a statement with Fox News Digital.<\/p>\n

“This case has always been and will remain focused on the devastating retaliation and the extraordinary steps the defendants took to destroy Blake Lively\u2019s reputation because she stood up for safety on the set and that is the case that is going to trial,” Sigrid\u00a0McCawley, member of Lively\u2019s legal team, began.<\/p>\n
