The\u00a0New York City<\/a>\u00a0skyline is about to change yet again, with the addition of a new luxury residential tower<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s going to be located along iconic Fifth Avenue, right in the heart of\u00a0Manhattan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The approximately 860-foot tower was developed by Five Points Development Group. The 52-story tower is designed by Meganom and features interiors by Norm Architects, marking the first\u00a0New York<\/a>\u00a0project for both firms.<\/p>\n

Five Points Development Group has selected\u00a0Nikki Field\u00a0and\u00a0Ben Pofcher\u00a0from\u00a0The Field Team at Sotheby\u2019s International Realty\u00a0<\/a>to lead sales, along with Sotheby\u2019s International Realty Development Advisors.<\/p>\n
