STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. \u2014 Pete Davidson has signed a contract to sell his St. George waterfront condo, apparently taking a substantial financial hit after several years of attempting to sell the property, according to a New York Post report.<\/a><\/p>\n

The former \u201cSaturday Night Live\u201d cast member and Great Kills native finally sold the unit at 90 Bay Street Landing after dropping his asking price to $850,000 in February, though the final sale price has not been disclosed, the Post reported.<\/p>\n

Davidson purchased the condo for $1.2 million in 2020<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Davidson first listed the property in late 2022 for $1.3 million, <\/a>but the home stayed on the market through multiple price reductions and listing refreshes.<\/p>\n

After the property didn\u2019t sell, he undertook extensive renovations, converting the original two-bedroom layout into a loft-style one-bedroom unit with an open floor plan and red accents. He also installed a large built-in fish tank.<\/p>\n

The transaction comes as Davidson has recently become a father, welcoming a baby girl with Elsie Hewitt.<\/a><\/p>\n

The almost 1,600-square-foot residence is located in a gated waterfront community.<\/p>\n

According to a previous real estate listing, the condo has a sleek, modern open concept layout featuring \u201cenormous windows which provide natural lighting from dawn till dusk.\u201d The condo also features panoramic views of New York Harbor and the Manhattan skyline.<\/p>\n

The master bedroom suite has a private bathroom with \u201ca custom shower and a highly coveted, glamorous walk-in closet,\u201d as well as \u201cmassive glass doors [that] lead to an exclusive terrace on the seventh floor, which provides immeasurable views of the city skyline,\u201d the listing said.<\/p>\n

Perks of the building include that it\u2019s a pet-friendly space with 24-hour security, a clubhouse, health club, tennis club, indoor playroom and outdoor playground, the listing said.<\/p>\n

Beyond the condo and his mother\u2019s house, Davidson additionally rents a Brooklyn brownstone and owns an Upstate New York home, the U.S. Sun reported<\/a> \u2014 alongside the retired Staten Island Ferry that he co-owns with \u201cSNL\u201d costar Colin Jost.<\/p>\n
