New beginnings call for wrapping up loose ends. Now that Pete Davidson<\/a> has settled into his newest role\u2014fatherhood\u2014he\u2019s offloading his extra real estate. The comedian finally found a buyer for his long-listed Staten Island condo at a loss; meanwhile, he\u2019s looking to sell his Westchester County dwelling.<\/p>\n

Davidson, who welcomed daughter Scottie Rose with actor and model Elsie Hewitt in December, most recently asked $850,000<\/a> for the Staten Island dwelling, which he had originally listed for $1.3 million in 2022. The reduced rate finally closed the deal, though the final price has not yet been revealed. The Saturday Night Live alum picked up the condo<\/a> in his native NYC borough back in 2020 for $1.2 million, meaning he likely lost at least $350,000 in the deal, not including the thorough renovations he did in the hopes of enticing a buyer (in between price slashes, he opened up the contemporary-style 1,600-square-foot apartment, converting it from a two-bedroom unit into an open-plan one-bedroom abode). The loft-like dwelling has white walls with bright red paint accenting its support beams, ducts, and electrical tubing, and boasts a terrace overlooking the New York Bay.<\/p>\n

An hour-and-a-half upstate, Davidson\u2019s 1930s North Salem residence asks just under $2.3 million. The Bupkis actor bought that six-acre property in 2023 for $1.95 million. \u201cIt\u2019s literally like living in paradise,\u201d he told Mansion Global<\/a>. The actor, who currently resides in Brooklyn, added a guesthouse to the property, as well as a movie theater, a 150-gallon fish tank, a pool, a hot tub, a cold-plunge, and a sauna. The home also features a \u201csecret speakeasy,\u201d accessed via sliding wall, he told the outlet.
