Of the 75 units set aside in the housing lottery, 45 are intended for those earning 80% of the area median income and with an asset limit of $129,600, nine are for those earning 125% of the area median income and with an asset limit of $202,500 and 21 are for those earning 130% of the area median income and with an asset limit of $210,600.<\/p>\n<p>Studios account for 12 of the units set aside at 80% of the area median income. These types of units can house no more than two people. The monthly rent is $2,126. The annual household income must range from $77,829-$103,680.<\/p>\n<p>There are 15 one-bedroom units at 80% of the area median income. Rent for these units is $2,266 a month. Up to three people can reside in one of these units, as long as they combine to earn $83,315-$116,640 a year.<\/p>\n<p>The last 18 apartments at 80% of the area median income are two-bedroom units, which cost $2,696 a month in rent. As many as five people can live in one of these units. The combined household income must total $99,978-$140,000 a year.<\/p>\n<p>All nine apartments at 125% of the area median income are two-bedroom units. The monthly rent is $202,500 and the required annual household income is $130,972-$218,750.\n<\/p>\n<p>There are three studios at 130% of the area median income. These units cost $3,384 a month in rent. Those living in one of these units must combine to make $120,960-$168,480 a year.\n<\/p>\n<p>Another 13 one-bedroom units are among those available at 13o% of the area median income. The monthly rent for these units is $3,518. The annual household income must range from $126,240-$189,540.\n<\/p>\n<p>Five two-bedroom units account for the last of those set aside at 130% of the area median income. These units cost $3,600 a month in rent. Residents of a unit must have a combined annual income of $130,972-$227,500.<\/p>\n<p>Astoria Cove Phase 1 (A) features a recreational room, a game room, a gym\/spa\/yoga\/dance studio, a business center, an outdoor rooftop terrace, package lockers, storage, bike storage lockers, covered parking and electric car charging stations. Additional fees apply for the recreational room, gym\/spa\/yoga\/dance studio, business center and outdoor rooftop terrace. Tenants will be responsible for electricity, including the electric stove and heat.<\/p>\n<p>The property is within close proximity to the Astoria Boulevard and 30th Avenue subway stations, which both provide service for the N and W trains. There are also bus stops in the area for the Q18, Q19, Q103 and the B62 lines.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jfrankl.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">J Frankl Architects<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/fogartyfinger.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Fogarty Finger<\/a> designed Astoria Cove Phase 1 (A).\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ksgroup.biz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">KS Group<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.almarealty.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Alma Realty Corp.<\/a> are developing it.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"158\">Those who intend to apply for housing at Astoria Cove Phase 1 (A) must meet the housing and income size requirements. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online by June 2.
