A liberal group that prides itself on being an anti-Turning Point USA<\/a> was hit with a summons while hosting an \u201cEpstein Easter Egg Hunt\u201d that had progressive participants scouring Manhattan for a chance to win $200.<\/p>\n

The youth-led group called Disrupt rallied roughly 45 people to show up to Washington Square Park Saturday morning for the non-traditional egg hunt meant to \u201cuncover who in NYC needs to be held accountable for their part in the [Epstein] files,\u201d according to\u00a0the event\u2019s description<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cRelease the names, release the names, release the names,\u201d the spirited crowd chanted before dispersing throughout the city \u2013 searching for plastic eggs with QR codes inside, linking to Epstein files.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Players were then quizzed about the documents, with each correct answer worth a point. Special golden eggs held redacted files.<\/p>\n

\u201cJust like Willy Wonka had a golden ticket, we have golden eggs spread all across Manhattan,\u201d\u00a0Disrupt\u2019s president, Carlos Calzadilla-Palacio, 28, told The Post while balancing on the rim of the Washington Square Park fountain.<\/p>\n

About 800 eggs were nestled in the nooks and crannies of 20 spots mentioned in the files \u2013 including the pedophile\u2019s former Upper East Side apartment and Trump Tower on the Upper West Side.\u00a0<\/p>\n

And while the hunters searched Manhattan,\u00a0Calzadilla-Palacio\u00a0ran into trouble at the park when he was issued a summons and fined $50 for Disrupt\u2019s \u201cpolitical activities,\u201d the group claimed in a statement.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Disrupt, which Calzadilla-Palacio described as a counter-movement to Charlie Kirk\u2019s TPUSA<\/a>, slammed the summons as \u201ca direct violation of the First Amendment.\u201d <\/p>\n

According to the ticket, Calzadilla-Palacio was penalized for not having a permit to set up his \u201cEpstein table.\u201d<\/p>\n

The NYC Department of Parks & Recreation, which wrote the ticket, did not immediately return a request for comment. <\/p>\n

First place winner Everett J. Walk said the activity gave him a new \u2013 unsettling \u2013 perspective on Jeffrey Epstein\u2019s sickening crimes<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n
