Cooper allowed 55 pressures and seven sacks across his four seasons, with 19 total penalties.<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-4\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"6y\">He and Francis Mauigoa formed a formidable \u2013 and HEAVY \u2013 right side of the Hurricanes line of scrimmage in 2025, which helped Miami reach the National Championship game. <\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-5\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"71\">Although he did commit eight penalties in 2025, he only allowed twelve pressures and one sack. He was an honorable mention All-ACC selection in 2023 and 2024. His size and power are combined with surprisingly light feet and very good explosiveness into contact; he\u2019s an asset as a run blocker with an imposing frame.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-15\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"84\">Cooper is a solid overall pass protector who does struggle against wider angled rushers. His ability to counter \u2013 if his hands don\u2019t fit inside \u2013 leaves some to be desired.<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-16\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"87\">\u00a0Still, his anchor, heavy hands, and grip strength are weapons that he effectively employs against defenders.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-17\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"8a\">Overall, Cooper has starter upside as a physical run blocker who plays with a massive edge.
