Within seconds, he pulls out a gun and starts firing several times at close range. Both men are hit and fall to the ground.<\/p>\n<p>\tAs it\u2019s happening, another person can be seen standing nearby, watching.<\/p>\n<p>\tThe person who fired the shots then puts the weapon away and walks off. Moments later, he steps into the street just as a police car is pulling up. People nearby point in his direction, trying to get officers\u2019 attention.<\/p>\n<p>\tOfficials say a 30-year-old man was shot multiple times and later died at the hospital. A 50-year-old man was also shot and remains in critical condition.<\/p>\n<p>\tThe name of the man who died has not been released.<\/p>\n<p>\tPeople who live nearby say the video is hard to watch, especially knowing how quickly everything unfolded.<\/p>\n<p>\t\u201cIt\u2019s very sad.
