(WIBW) &#8211; A Manhattan man was arrested Friday, April 3, in connection with aggravated endangering of a child and aggravated battery.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rileycountypolice.org\/m\/newsflash\/home\/detail\/964\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.rileycountypolice.org\/m\/newsflash\/home\/detail\/964\">Riley County Police Department reports<\/a> that 29-year-old Joshua Keith Downey was arrested around 9:47 a.m. in Manhattan. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The arrest stems from a report filed in December 2025. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Downey was issued a total bond of $30,000 and remains in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report. <\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2026 WIBW.
