As much as raising kids in New York City is a privilege (one I would not trade for anything else), there\u2019s no getting around the fact that it\u2019s also expensive. Childcare in NYC can range from $20,000 to $30,000 a year, which is like having a second rent payment each month. And figuring out what programs you might qualify for can feel like a job in and of itself.<\/p>\n
