Spring is here, and like the migratory birds, Pete Davidson seems to be returning home. A few years after buying a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house in Westchester, Mansion Global reports<\/a> Davidson is now selling the property so he can be closer to his family in Staten Island. (Likely because he\u2019s a dad now \u2014\u00a0he had a daughter with actress and model Elsie Hewitt in December.) The comedian listed his North Salem home for $2.275 million. (He paid $1.95 million for the place in 2023.)<\/p>\n The house, which was built in the 1930s, sits on six acres. Davidson renovated to add all the boy-room essentials: a movie theater in the garage, a pool, a hot tub, a secret speakeasy with a wall that slides open, a 150-gallon fish tank, and a statue of Brian from Family Guy. Davidson originally tried to list it for $2.495 million in February but has since cut the price. He currently rents a brownstone in Brooklyn and is in the middle of selling his condo <\/a>on Staten Island, likely for a loss. (He also still owns that dang ferry<\/a>.)
