Craig and fellow A-list actor Rachel Weisz sold their home at 22 Strong Place for $11.8 million, according to public records. Sources confirmed the home entered contract late last year after a quiet marketing process.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Craig and Weisz bought the four-story Cobble Hill home for $6.75 million<\/a> from author Martin Amis and his wife Isabel Fonseca in 2017. The home was damaged after a New Year\u2019s Eve fire the previous year.\u00a0<\/p>\n Craig and Weisz bought the landmarked 6,600-square-foot home with approved renovation plans from the Landmarks Preservation Commission. A listing at the time said the home had received a new roof and repairs after the fire, which was \u201ccontained to the top floor.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n The detached brownstone sits on a 24.5 x 109-foot lot, with 60-foot deep floors and a west-facing backyard that has a large mulberry tree, according to the previous listing.\u00a0<\/p>\n The actors also owned the neighboring home at 20 Strong Place, which they sold in February 2025 for $4.05 million, according to public records.\u00a0<\/p>\n The sale is yet another eight-figure deal in the wealthy Brooklyn enclave that has seen prices for single-family homes skyrocket in recent years. In Cobble Hill<\/a>, the average townhouse sold for $5.2 million in the first half of 2025, up 14 percent from the previous year, according to data from townhouse specialty brokerage Leslie J.
