Major deadlines for the final design of NYC’s Five Bridges plan, which includes the Cross Bronx, have been delayed.<\/p>\n
\tWhat was supposed to be a major deadline for Wednesday has now been pushed to May 7.<\/p>\n
\tThe project is meant to repair or replace five bridges across the Cross Bronx. The state’s Department of Transportation says those bridges are well past the end of their service lives.<\/p>\n
