As the mayor of New York City, Zohran Mamdani<\/a> has to be prepared for any type of crisis impacting his city. That includes the Summer House<\/a> scandal currently unfolding in the headlines, thanks to West Wilson<\/a> and Amanda Batula\u2019s<\/a> problematic romance.<\/p>\n

Although Mayor Mamdani is not a Summer House viewer, he has been briefed on the situation. In a new interview, he weighed in on the drama and shared some words of support for our beloved Ciara Miller<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The NYC Mayor thanked the Summer House star for saving lives<\/p>\n

Mayor Mamdani was recently flagged down by Adam Glyn. It\u2019s the same street interviewer<\/a> who recently spoke to Kyle Cooke<\/a> and birthed the \u201cCarl\u2019s a mess\u201d meme. He asked the mayor for his take on the Summer House scandal.<\/p>\n

\u201cI gotta be honest. Someone tried to explain it,\u201d Mamdani began. \u201cI\u2019m not quite up on it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adam gave him the CliffsNotes version of what happened, explaining how Ciara experienced a shocking betraya<\/a>l when her ex hooked up with her friend. From there, he asked the mayor what advice he would give to Ciara as she determines her next move.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s rough,\u201d Mamdani replied. \u201cI guess the first thing I would say to her is thank you for saving people\u2019s lives. She was a nurse, I think. We appreciate that. We appreciate her in New York City.\u201d<\/p>\n

Of course, Ciara isn\u2019t the only one navigating a betrayal in all of this. Kyle is also caught in the middle, trying to wrap his head around his estranged wife falling for West<\/a>, but unfortunately, Mamdani didn\u2019t have any words of support for that. He doesn\u2019t know who Kyle is. The words \u201cLoverboy\u201d and \u201csend it\u201d mean absolutely nothing to him.<\/p>\n

Mamdani said, \u201cBrother, I don\u2019t know who that is.\u201d<\/p>\n

Summer House<\/a> airs new episodes on Tuesdays at 8\/7c on Bravo, and you can stream it the next day on Peacock.<\/p>\n
