UPPER EAST SIDE, NY \u2014 A teenager was shot in front of Yorkville’s Holmes towers on Monday night, New York City Police Department officials said. <\/p>\n
According to the NYPD, the 19-year-old boy was walking in front of 405 East 92nd St., between First Avenue and FDR Drive, on Monday at 7:41 p.m. when a shooter approached and shot him in the right leg. <\/p>\n
The teen was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals\/Metropolitan in East Harlem, police said.<\/p>\n
According to the NYPD, the victim has been “uncooperative,” and it’s not yet clear what led up to the shooting. <\/p>\n
Police said they haven’t made any arrests yet, and the investigation is underway. <\/p>\n
