QUEENS, NY \u2014 A 38-year-old man has been charged with murder in connection with a deadly arson fire in Queens that killed a 3-year-old boy and three others last month. <\/p>\n
The blaze quickly spread through the three floors of the building causing a collapse, fire officials said. <\/p>\n
Two of the victims have been identified as 3-year-old Sihan Yang and 50-year-old Chengri Cui. A 61-year-old woman and a 63-year-old man have not been identified yet.<\/p>\n
Around 230 firefighters and EMS personnel responded to the scene, and it took over two hours to get the fire under control.<\/p>\n
Five other civilians suffered injuries. Five firefighters also suffered minor injuries while responding to the blaze.<\/p>\n
