Kathy Hochul.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Transportation officials say crews are set to fill about 175,000 potholes this month.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">In Westchester County, work is taking place on portions of the Cross Westchester Expressway, the Sprain Brook Parkway and the Saw Mill Parkway.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">\u201cWe understand the pain and frustration of drivers,\u201d Hochul said. \u201cThink about the typical mom having to take her kids to school, hits a pothole.
