The glassy dwelling at 200 Amsterdam is still in the higher echelons of the market. But it\u2019s now asking $31 million \u2014 down from $38 million.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The new price puts the penthouse \u201cmore in line with the market,\u201d and with rival units at Billionaires\u2019 Row buildings like 111 W. 57th St., said Serhant broker Peter Zaitzeff \u2014 who\u2019s listing the penthouse with colleague Jamie Hannon.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Already, Zaitzeff said, there is renewed interest.<\/p>\n
