MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) \u2014 Over 3,000 bagpipers will take to the streets of Manhattan this weekend for the annual New York City Tartan Day Parade, the highlight of a week-long series of Scottish-themed activities.<\/p>\n
Highland dancers, Scottish dog breeds, and more will march up Sixth Avenue on Saturday afternoon, starting at 2 p.m.<\/p>\n
