COURTHOUSE,
\n April 7 \u2013 A man charged
\n with selling fentanyl to an
\n undercover officer in a
\n parking lot in the Bronx is up
\n for sentencing in the U.S.
\n District Court for the
\n Southern District of New York
\n on April 13. Inner City Press
\n is covering the case. <\/p>\n

\u00a0 He pled
\n guilty, with a five year
\n mandatory minimum. His
\n sentencing memo says he was
\n born in Portugal in 1979 and
\n grew up with a refrigerator. <\/p>\n

\u00a0 ICE
\n records show he entered the US
\n in 2006, and became a
\n naturalized US citizen in
\n 2015. In the MDC, it says, he
\n has an exemplary work history.<\/p>\n
