Taylor Swift<\/a> and Travis Kelce<\/a> have reportedly changed course on their wedding plans, with new reports indicating the couple will marry in New York City on July 3.<\/p>\n

According to The New York Post,<\/a> save-the-dates have already gone out to guests, locking in the date just ahead of the Fourth of July holiday. <\/p>\n

The July 3 wedding is expected to take place in New York, a city that has long been central to Swift\u2019s life and public image. Swift owns an extensive property portfolio in Tribeca, including a duplex created from two adjoining penthouses, the next-door townhouse, and an additional loft in the same building. <\/p>\n

She has also written extensively about the city in her music, most notably in \u201cWelcome to New York,\u201d which opened her 2014 album 1989.<\/p>\n

Swift\u2019s connection to New York extends beyond her music. She served as the city\u2019s global welcome ambassador in 2014 and has spent years living in Tribeca, where she and Kelce have frequently been seen together. <\/p>\n

The couple has been photographed in the city multiple times over the last two years, including dinners downtown and walks through Manhattan. <\/p>\n
