A wish list of tax hikes<\/a> that Mamdani\u2019s City Hall lackeys circulated in Albany showed that he wants to drastically slash the estate tax exemption threshold from the $7 million limit to just $750,000.<\/p>\nThe proposal would also raise the top rate from 16% to 50%.<\/p>\n
