The New York City<\/a> skyline is about to change yet again, with the addition of a new luxury residential tower.<\/p>\n

It’s going to be located along iconic Fifth Avenue, right in the heart of Manhattan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The modern design of the tower is what will make 262 Fifth Ave.<\/a> stand out as a newcomer to the luxury residential real estate space in the Big Apple. The building will have a host of amenities combining comfort and refined living.<\/p>\n

The approximately 860-foot tower was developed by Five Points Development Group. The 52-story tower is designed by Meganom and features interiors by Norm Architects, marking the first New York<\/a> project for both firms.<\/p>\n

The building is being designed to maximize space, light, and privacy. There will be 26 full-floor and duplex residences. <\/p>\n

Each home features column-free interiors and sweeping, uninterrupted views of the Manhattan skyline, creating a sense of openness that is rarely found in the city. <\/p>\n

Five Points Development Group has selected Nikki Field and Ben Pofcher from The Field Team at Sotheby\u2019s International Realty <\/a>to lead sales, along with Sotheby’s International Realty Development Advisors.<\/p>\n

Mezzanine residences from $8.75 million<\/p>\n

Selling Manhattan<\/p>\n

Field and Pofcher are no strangers to selling high-end real estate in Manhattan. They were the lead agents at 111 West 57th St.<\/p>\n

That building is the iconic Steinway Tower and address also known as Billionaires Row.<\/p>\n

Field also\u00a0famously sold<\/a>\u00a0Jeff Bezos three units for $80 million at 212 Fifth Ave. in 2019, just blocks from 262 Fifth Ave. She also brought the buyer to the penthouse at 140 Jane<\/a>,\u00a0listed at $87.5 million, and most recently, she represented the buyer for 105-107 Bank St.,\u00a0listed for $75 million<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n
