Rochester, N.Y. \u2014 A man is facing more than a dozen felony charges in connection to an income tax fraud investigation.<\/p>\n
Daniel Solivan-Feliciano of Monroe County attempted to claim over $7 million in false tax returns for 2022, 2023 and 2024, according to the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. Solivan-Feliciano fraudulently reported income he did not actually earn and claimed “exorbitant” business losses.<\/p>\n
Solivan-Feliciano was arrested Tuesday and faces 18 charges, including:<\/p>\n
