Mariah Carey has listed her New York City penthouse for $27 million.<\/p>\n

The 57-year-old singer bought the spot in 1999 for $9 million.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I was little, I always wanted a penthouse apartment in New York with a view like this,\u201d she said in her MTV Cribs episode.<\/p>\n

Mariah Carey<\/a> is moving on. The 57-year-old songstress has officially listed her iconic New York City penthouse for $27 million. According to People<\/a>, Carey purchased \u201cseveral units\u201d in the building for $9 million in 1999, and combined them to create one expansive unit that she’s lived in since.<\/p>\n

The 12,700 square foot Tribeca property spans the building’s top three floors and features eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a sunroom, a gym, and private outdoor space. Per the listing<\/a>, it also has in-unit laundry, which is a must in Manhattan.<\/p>\n

If you were around in the early 2000s, you may recognize the home from her legendary episode of MTV\u2019s Cribs<\/a>. On the show, she reflected on owning the stunning pad.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I was little, I always wanted a penthouse apartment in New York with a view like this,\u201d she said, per The New York Times<\/a>. \u201cTook me quite a while because all the co-op boards kept telling me no. Now it doesn\u2019t matter because I got my own, hm-hm!\u201d<\/p>\n

The news comes days after the \u201cWe Belong Together\u201d singer gave fans a glimpse of her intimate Easter celebrations<\/a>. On Sunday, April 5, she shared a photo of herself at home her fraternal 14-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe<\/a>, though it\u2019s unclear whether the photo was taken in the Tribeca penthouse. The trio posed with the Easter bunny and the twins held stuffed bunny toys.<\/p>\n

Carey wowed in a pink dress with a thigh-high slit, and she added some shine with a sparkly cropped jacket. She styled her hair in a low ponytail with a center part. Moroccan and Monroe went for a more low-key look in jeans and striped shirts. Carey captioned the post, \u201cHappy Easter! \ud83d\udc30\ud83e\ude77.\u201d<\/p>\n
